Q: How do I join?

A: Click here to sign up now; it should only take a minute or two.

Q: Does it cost anything to become an affiliate?

A: No. It costs absolutely nothing to become an affiliate and you can start earning money as soon as your account is approved, normally within a few hours.

Q: How do I log in?

A: Just type your user name and password into the input boxes in the top right of any page of the affiliate site to log in. Also, you can check the 'Remember me' box to remain logged in indefinitely (until you decide to log out).

Q: What do I do if I have lost my login details?

A: Firstly, you might want to try searching your emails for the original confirmation email sent when you signed up as this will have a record of your details. If you still can't locate the details please email our customer support team on support@watchme.com stating your name and email address. We will then email your details to the registered email address. If you can no longer access your registered email address please let us know and we will advise you of the best way to confirm your identity so we can update your login information.

Q: I recently signed up but cannot access my account?

A: All new accounts are reviewed by a member of our team before going live and you won't be able to log in until your account has been approved.W e aim to approve all new accounts within 24 hours and will send you a confirmation email as soon as your account has been activated.

Q: How do I change my acount information?

A: You just need to log in to the affiliate program, click on the 'My Account' link in the top right corner and make changes as required. Once your changes are complete just click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page. Please note, changes to account information go through a review process and will not post to your account for approximately 24 hours.

Getting paid

Q: How much will I earn?

A: You will receive 30% of all your customers' spending for the life of their memberships including all repeat paymnets (net of card processing fees, sales tax where applicable, refunds and charge-backs). We have very high levels of repeat business and you'll get paid every time one of your customers makes a purchase, whether it's when they sign up or months or even years later.

Q: How much do I have to earn before I get paid ?

A: The minimum payment amount for ePassporte, cheques or wire transfers to UK bank accounts is £50 (approx $100). The minumum wire transfer for non-UK bank accounts is £250.

A: You can choose to be paid by cheque, ePassporte or wire transfer.

Q: When do I get paid?

A: We make payments every 2 weeks, 2 weeks in arrears. So, for example, payments for the period 1st - 15th of the month, will be made on the 1st of the following month.

Q: Are there any bank fees?

A: No, we pay all bank fees.

Q: Do I get paid for introducing other webmasters?

A: Currently no, but we will be introducing a 10% webmaster referral commission very soon.

Q: I updated my payment information but the changes do not seem to have taken effect

Promotion & linking

Q: How do I link to Watchme.com ?

A: Just log into your account and click on the 'Links' tab. You will be presented with a simple wizard that will enable you to create personalized link codes.

Q: What are link codes?

A: Link codes are unique web addresses that enable us to track the visitors coming from your site.

Q: Can I link to different pages on the site?

A: Absolutely. You can link to the homepage, individual movies, user profiles, movie categories or niched charts. The link generator wizard will enable you to choose exactly where you want to link to, and what you want to link with. If, for example, you are an existing movie contributor, you will be able to link directly to your profile or movies and get paid for both your movie views and your referred customers' purchases.

Q: How do I post a banner on my site ?

A: First, log in to your affiliate account and click on the 'Links' tab. Use the link generator wizard to choose where you want to link to on the site and then select a banner. Underneath each banner you will see the unique link code for that banner. Just copy-and-paste this code directly onto your webpage. You do not need to save the banners to your computer, we will serve the banners for you.

Q: What type of promotional materials are available?

A: Currently you can use text links or banners. We will be adding Free Hosted Galleries, RSS feeds and personalized promotional codes in the very near future.

Q: Can I promote Watchme.com by email?

A: No, sorry. We have a zero tolerance policy on spam and therefore do not allow any email marketing.

Checking your stats

Q: How do you track vistors from my site?

A: We use non-expiring cookies to track your users as they browse our site. When they create an account we use the information from the cookie to permanently link their membership to your affiliate account and thereafter every time they spend money your account is automatically credited.

Q: How do I know how much I am earning?

A: You can log into your affiliate account at any time and check exactly how many users you have sent to the site, how many have registered and how much you have earned. You can also see which payments are from new users and which are repeat payments from previously registered users. You will see a summary of the previous week's activity on the welcome page when you log in. For additional reports just click on the 'Stats' tab for further options.
